To understand the challenges and opportunities of this sector, we spoke with someone who has built, run, and successfully exited a product manufacturing company in India. Joining us is Hema Hattangady, Managing Director and CEO of Conzerv Systems - an energy meters, energy services and energy audit company that was acquired by Schneider Electric in 2009. This episode is based on Hema’s book Lift Off: The Story of Conzerv, co-authored with Ashish Sen. The book has also been translated into Kannada by Samyuktha Puligal.
